WASHINGTON — Mike Davis, founder and president of the Article III Project, issued the following statement after Senator Marsha Blackburn introduced the TRUMP AMERICA AI Act:

“The Article III Project proudly supports Senator Marsha Blackburn’s TRUMP AMERICA AI Act. This landmark legislation delivers exactly what President Trump directed: hold Big Tech accountable and protect the four C’s: children, communities, conservatives, and creators.

“This bill cracks down on platforms that exploit children and mandates regular bias audits to stop Big Tech's well-documented pattern of silencing conservatives. It also protects American artists and creators by requiring affirmative consent before Big Tech companies steal their work to develop their AI models.

“The Big Tech-funded front groups already lining up against this bill are panicking for one simple reason: accountability threatens their billions in profits. President Trump made clear that the voices of everyday Americans come before Big Tech’s lobbyists. Senator Blackburn, working in coordination with AI and Crypto Czar David Sacks, delivered. Congress must pass the TRUMP AMERICA AI Act without delay,” said Davis.

The Article III Project (A3P) was founded by veteran GOP operative and attorney Mike Davis, who, after helping win the Senate confirmation battles of Neil Gorsuch and Brett Kavanaugh, developed the reputation as a “take-no-prisoners conservative eager to challenge the left with hardball tactics,” as reported in The New York Times.‍‍

‍A3P defends constitutionalist judges, punches back on radical assaults on judicial independence (like court-packing) and opposes judicial and other nominees who are outside of the mainstream. Davis previously served as Chief Counsel for Nominations to Chairman Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) on the United States Senate Committee on the Judiciary and led the Senate confirmation of Justice Brett Kavanaugh and a record number of circuit court judges.
